The New Welding Power of Water

The advent of using water as a base to generate fuel is becoming a safer alternative in the judgment of many professionals; they are turning their attention to discover new ways to increase productivity while exceeding safety standards.

Increased integration of engineering frameworks comprising a design, make for harrowing decisions in later construction phases when adjustments need to be made.

In these modern times accountable officers need to come up with methods and technology that will meet the high quantity and quality demands of modern construction and engineering.

The safety concerns with fuel/gas especially flame producing or hot works requirements are a risk that still demands a great inefficiency in industry.

The energy required to burn through or weld sufficiently a thick steel frame for instance are in excess of 3100 degC. This is a huge energy demand in a very short but continuous period of time.

Usually, two very explosive gases like oxygen and acetylene are used and require tuning and fair safety measures for its use and storage.

This large amount of energy can be produced with the gas made from disassociating water – Browns Gas or HHO.

Several commercial enterprises local in Australia and around the world are designing high rated welding units that use mains power and a water tank. These units will not require additional or mixing of gases to produce the high temperature torch flame.

The burning of Browns Gas produces an implosion when burnt which is therefore plainly safer than explosive gases.

Where this enterprising meets the raw demand for appropriate tools, is in fields where safety becomes the primary factor, like in mining or high rise construction.

For example – Western Australian Work Safe laws prohibit anymore than one bottle of compressed / combustible gas in an elevated work platform at anytime.

This is usually resolved by using very long gas leads as one bottle must remain not in the platform. This requirement is further complicated by total platform weight, space in the basket, access and maneuverability.

Using only a tank of water inside and one mains power lead hanging from the elevated work platform is a cleaner and safer solution that will lead to increased production.

We’ve heard in the recent past about the need to produce and use energy in its primary form, otherwise it is wasted when converted into other forms ie. make electricity to heat the home.

Emerging energy technologies will constitute this important aspect, Browns Gas innovation does meet this challenge for hot works and low power gas fuel generation.

Take some time to investigate your local Browns Gas technology vendor, see if they can accommodate your needs in a standard or customized order.
