Here in Nova Scotia, Canada..Nova Scotia Power wants to increase rates &quot;again&quot; in December although there are fields of Wind Turbines in operation now and ore to be built.

We have the highest tides in the world here and plans are in place to harness that power by undersea turbines. I am almost certain the construction bill will be relayed to us but it will source of cheap and free energy for the future.
